Kavora didn’t start in a boardroom.

It started in frustration.
In canceled plans.
In missed opportunities.
In bathrooms with the door locked just to breathe through the pain.

It started with the quiet question so many women ask themselves every month:

“Why am I just expected to live like this?”

For years, we searched for something that felt made for us — not an afterthought. Not a bulky device. Not something that tied us to the couch or dulled us into exhaustion.

We wanted relief that moved with us.
Relief that respected our bodies.
Relief that didn’t force us to choose between comfort and living our lives.

And when we couldn’t find it — we decided to create it.

The Problem No One Took Seriously

Period pain is normalized.

It’s dismissed. Minimized. Laughed off.

“Take something.”

But missing work isn’t normal.
Snapping at people you love because you’re overwhelmed isn’t normal.

We knew there had to be a better way.
